The CM K Chandrashekar Rao inaugurated a first of its kind horticulture expo 2015 on the Necklace Road on Monday.
The Chief Minister was seen visiting some of the stalls depicting awe-inspiring varieties of flowers, fruits, vegetables and seeds of different colours and fragrance.
As many as 160 stalls were erected on the occasion and the expo will continue till January 30, according to the department of horticulture.
The expo is aimed at offering training to farmers on better practices of cultivation processes of various fruits and vegetables.
It also offers training pertaining to micro, sprinkler irrigation methods and spices cultivation process and use of latest equipment.
