Telangana government has ordered the officials to send a proposal for creation of new districts.
In first phase the following regions are identified and will be turned into districts
Jagityala
Siddipeta
Mancheryala
Vikarabad
Kothagudem
Nagarkurnool
Suryapet.
The KCR government was from beginning emphasizing on a growth oriented propaganda and creation of new districts was a priority for the government.
The creation of small districts will help for a better and transparent functioning of government authorities and development can happen at a much faster pace.
KCR seems to believe in the mantra of ” Divide & Rule”.
