Amit Shah appreciated the CM’s of Telangana and AP
BJP national president Amit Shah propounded another ‘two eyes’ theory for Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, but after bifurcation. Amit Shah addressed his party men in Hyderabad on Thursday.
He appreciated the CM’s of AP and Telangana for joining hands to develop the states.
It is Shah’s first visit to Hyderabad after his appointment as President. Addressing party leaders and the people across the two states, Shah said bringing BJP to power in AP and Telangana would be his key responsibility as a national president.
In addition, he said BJP should come into power so that the Narendra Modi’s vision could be implemented for all-round development. He slams Sonia Gandhi and Congress government for the 10 years of ruling.
Further, he added AP and Telangana are like two eyes for BJP. He reminded that BJP was the first party to support separate Telangana.
He hailed Sardar Vallabhai Patel’s role in freeing Hyderabad state from Nizam, He declared that, September 17 will be celebrated as “Telangana liberation day” to remember the region’s freedom.
Shah paid tribute to those who laid down their lives for the formation of the separate state.
