Bhagyanagar Nandanavanam Park Narapally A New lung space for Hyderabadis. This eco-park is at Narapally on Hyderabad – Warangal Highway, this is a 200 hectare park, very near to the Uppal and Pocharam IT zone.
The park has been inaugurated by the minister of forests Jogu Ramanna. The park with green walking paths, forest trails, a nature cycling trial, xerophytes park, green laws and mediation zone would now be a haven for those living in this north-east suburb of Hyderabad.
The park is about 25 kms from the city on the right side of the Hyderabad-Warangal highway and will have wild life like spotted deer, wild boar, small Indian civet, jungle cat, black napped hare and birds like peacock, grey jungle blabber, red vented bulbul, crow-pheasant, tree pie, sun bird etc.
It also provides home for over 30 types butterflies and a host of snakes. Authorities are also mooting rental facilities to hold functions and events in an area abutting the park.
