D Srinivas Resigns From Party, to Join TRS Party
The Congress Senior leader and Former APCC President D Srinivas send three page resignation letter to AICC president Sonia Gandhi. on Wednesday night.
Congress Senior Leaders D.Srinivas (DS) Resigns
Upset for being sidelined in the party and denying MLC ticket, the former minister sent his resignation letter to party chief Sonia Gandhi on Wednesday late night.
In his letter, he also mentioned that he would like to be a party of Telangana’s development and wanted to share his experience with chief minister KCR to achieve ‘Bangaru Telangana’.
Earlier in the morning, he met the CM in his camp office and expressed his desire to join the pink party. According to sources, he has also briefed KCR that there are few more MLAs and MLCs who are willing to join TRS and sought his time.
To this, KCR stated that he will be touring the various districts from July 3 to July 10 as part of ‘Haritharam’ and they would fix an appropriate time for official joining ceremony once he is back in Hyderabad, sources added.
