2. Form No,
3. Date of Birth (dd/mm/yy) (Example: If your Date of Birth is 22 August, 1984 please enter 220884).

MAT 2014 December Admit Cards is available in the website from 29th November 2014. Candidate needs to login by entering name, form number or date of birth to download the MAT 2014 admit card.
Candidates who registered after 24th November 2014 for MAT December 2014 (Computer Based Test) may download their Admit Card from 2 December 2014 (Tuesday), 1600 Hrs onwards.
To be allowed to appear in the MAT exam being conducted in December 2014, candidate must have the official MAT Admit Card. He/she will not be allowed to take test in case the card is not carried. Also it must be noted that the exam center is mentioned on the MAT December 2014 Admit Card.
This year, the exam is being conducted on December 07, 2014 in pen and paper based mode
Candidates who have selected for Computer Based GMAT Test can choose the date and time slot of their choice, subject to availability.
Date and time slot will be automatically allotted by the system to those candidates who do not select their slot upto 4 days before the Computer Based Test.
No request for change of date and time slot will be entertained.
