GITAM University Hyderabad Campus Workshops 2015 : The GITAM University will organise workshops on ‘Advanced Computational Fluid Dynamics’ (ACFD-2015) and ‘Engineering Optimisation Theory and Practice’ at its campus from December 14 to 16 2015
P. Nithiarasu, College of Engineering, Swansea University, UK and S.S. Rao, University of Miami, Florida, USA will be the resource persons for the workshops.

ACFD workshop is designed to deliver essential CFD knowledge to engineers and scientists. In addition to reminding the participants of the basics of CFD, interesting applications and information about the current state-of-the-art will also be discussed.
Basic understanding of fluid flow and engineering mathematics is a prerequisite for participating in this workshop. Engineering optimisation workshop intends to provide training in the basics as well as the application-orientated techniques in a comprehensive manner.
It helps to solve practical problems and gives exposure to different case studies and hands on practice using optimisation tool box in MAT Lab.
