The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) is all set to launch a mobile app for receiving complaints directly from citizens under the city limits. The Corporation is likely to launch the app in couple of days.

Other than this, the community body is wanting to utilize WhatsApp to get street related objections from nationals, where they can take a photo of the harmed street and send it to the concerned number gave by the GHMC.
As of now, the GHMC has been relying upon clean field partners and building wing authorities to recognize harmed streets and potholes under as far as possible. With a specific end goal to include residents and get protestations specifically from them, the metro body will utilize WhatsApp.
