Telangana state Hon’ble CM Sri KCR Inaugurated 80 TSRTC Luxury AC City Buses today at 11:30 AM, People’s Plaza, For first phase 80 metro Volvo buses will be introduced and depending on the response, the TSRTC would unleash few more into the city.
This buses under ‘Vehicle Tracking and Passenger Information System’ which was developed to disseminate the information of Busses and routes among the passengers.
The buses have also been installed with GPRS and have a quality AC facility. Reportedly, the drivers have also been specially trained and will follow a special dress code while driving.
TSRTC also plans to install the vehicle tracking and passenger information system in around 100 bus stops.
