Puli 2nd / Second Day box office collections Report world wide: Ilayathalapathy Vijay’s “Puli” has got a huge start at the box office collections. Despite facing a lot of issues over the release at the last minute, the Tamil movie has managed to perform well on the release day.

The occupancy has been almost cent percent at theatres in Chennai and above 90% in other parts of Tamil Nadu. As per the reports, “Puli” has raked in Rs 10.75 crore in Tamil Nadu. I

t means that the Kollywood movie has failed to beat Vijay’s previous record of “Kaththi”, which had grossed Rs 12.5 crore on the release day.

“Puli” has also done well in Karnataka and Kerala. The early projection says that the Tamil movie has made Rs 2.10 crore and about Rs 1 crore in both the states. The total collection made by the movie in India comes close to Rs 14 crore (approximately.)

Whereas at international circuits, the reports are yet to come. “Puli” has been released in close to 450 screens worldwide. “Puli” is expected to have done well at the US, UK and Malaysia where the movie have released in 102, 58 and 93 screens respectively.
