‘Baahubali’ First Weekend Box Office Collection: Rajamouli Film Breaks Lifetime Records of ‘Magadheera’, ‘Attarinitik Daaredi’ in Three Days
Andhra Box office says the first weekend worldwide box office collection of “Baahubali” (all versions) was about ₹160 crore, surpassing the ₹150 crore lifetime gross box office collection of “Magadheera”, which was also directed by SS Rajamouli.
As per the reports, the three day share amount of “Baahubali” Telugu version has crossed the total share of biggest Tollywood hit “Attarinitik Daaredi”.The movie has also overtaken the lifetime shares of all South Indian language film except Rajinikanth’s “Robo” and Vikram’s “I”.
The movie has also broken records of films such as “Shivaji”, which made approximately ₹155 crore (Tamil, Telugu and Hindi) and “Lingaa” that earned approximately ₹154 crore (Telugu,Tamil and Malayalam).
“Baahubali” has also topped the first week (7 days) box office collection of all Telugu films till date.

Baahubali Official Worldwide Box office Collections
The $40m historical drama, headlined by Telugu stars Prabhas and Rana Daggubati, took $7.8m on its opening day on July 10, breaking the $7m record set by 2014 Hindi hit Happy New Year, starring Shah Rukh Khan.
Baahubali also had the highest opening weekend of any Indian movie at the US box office, grossing around $4.4m from 250 screens. The screen average of around $17,000 was second only to Minions with $27,000.
“Baahubali” has crossed the ₹100-crore-mark in two days and the total gross of the movie in the first weekend has cross ₹150 crore, which is a new record for an Indian movie.
