The Telangana state Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao on 14th March 2015 said 100,000 government jobs would be provided to the youth in Telangana.
He told the state legislative council that the notification for filling up the posts would be issued soon.
During the debate on the state budget in the council, the chief minister said students played a key role in the formation of Telangana state and promised to do justice to them.
CM KCR said the government had already sanctioned filling up of 3,726 posts in the police department. He told the House that a notification would be issued soon for recruitment of 600 people in the engineering department through TSPSC.
He said steps were also being taken for filling vacancies of 1,500 teachers in Urdu medium schools in the state.
