Toll plaza FASTag Recharge Online
You can either keep funds in the FASTag wallet or link it directly to your bank account. The minimum recharge amount is ₹100.
You need to login in to FASTag portal with user ID or wallet ID and password after which you will get option of ‘payment and topup’. Click on ‘Recharge’ and then select the wallet id where you want to add money.

FASTags can be availed online via an e-commerce platform like Amazon. The tag is bank-neutral and you will need to activate it yourself by installing the ‘My FASTag’ app on your smartphone. You will need to enter the vehicle details and link any one of your existing bank accounts. Paytm is also offering FASTag online after you input your front and back photos of your vehicle’s RC.
What will happen when I cross toll plaza with FASTag?
Once your FASTag account is active and you cross a FASTag-enabled lane on a toll plaza, a balance is automatically deducted from your bank account and you will receive an SMS alert on your registered mobile number.
What will happen when I cross toll plaza without FASTag?
Starting December 1 2019, if you enter a FASTag enabled lane without getting a FASTag active, you will be charged double the amount of toll fee and will have to pay by cash.

If the FASTag is already linked with your bank account, then there is no need to add money separately in a pre-paid wallet. You only need to ensure that your FASTag-linked bank account has sufficient balance to allow for payment at the toll plaza.
