TJAC Kodandaram Comments on KCR and TRS Government: Apparently annoyed over Telangana Political JAC Chairman Prof. Kodandaram’s daring comments that Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao should step down for not catering to the needs of farmers and people, the TRS dispensation plunged into swift action here on Monday.
Kodandaram Comments on KCR
Energy Minister G Jagadish Reddy, Cinematography Minister T Srinivas Yadav and Panchayat Raj Minister Jupally Krishna Rao at separate media conferences severely condemned Prof. Kodandaram Comments on KCR
The people are evidently with the TRS and supported it in every election, they claimed. They also expressed surprise as to why Prof. Kodandaram was making such comments while the State government kept almost all promises.
They cited flagship programs and welfare schemes being reached to the unreached, they claimed. “Obviously, Prof. Kodandaram is under pressure and was making useless comments”, they said.
Speaking at TRS Bhavan, Jagadish Reddy sought to know whether Prof. Kodandaram heads any JAC with recognition. I do not think that the JAC of Prof. Kodandaram exists as the previous one has already split.
Earlier TRS supremo K Chandrasekhar Rao formed a Political JAC to bring together all like-minded political parties for achieving Telangana, he said.
After formation of Telangana State, the parties came out of the JAC, which now does not exist, he curtly said. In Mahabubnagar, Srinivas Yadav and Krishna Rao took serious exception to Prof. Kodandaram for making derogatory remarks against the CM.
“In a section of the media, we found some remarks made against KCR by Prof. Kodandaram, which are wrong”, they said. Seeking evidence for his remarks, the ministers sought an explanation from Prof. Kodandaram.
They said the TRS government was completing irrigation projects to irrigate one crore acres despite AP creating hurdles and implementing many welfare schemes, they said.
