Telangana CM KCR adopts Modi strategy ?

Telangana CM Finally the moment that the TRS boss K Chandrasekhar Rao has finally arrived. He took his oath to become the first Chief Minister of the newly formed Telangana state today.

As is mandatory, he gave his first speech which was filled with lucrative sops. KCR stressed upon the welfare of tribals, dalits and backward classes and promised that every rupee will be used for right purpose.

But here is something he took from the book of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. KCR reportedly announced a single window center for industries. Now, this policy is something Modi has adopted in Gujarat and it has shown remarkable results for the industrial sector.

If the new state of Telangana and its government machinery sticks as committed by KCR then it will surely bring good projects. KCR has also committed many initiatives towards upliftment of agriculture, poultry and pharma.

He has also spoken about irrigation. At this moment, he has given an extremely prosperous picture for the people of Telangana so it will be nice if he can deliver this as promised.

Telangana CM to move into camp office

Telangana Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao will at long last move into the sprawling CM’s Camp Office in Begumpet on Sunday. K Chandrashekar Rao Profile, KCR Profile, Wiki, Biodat, popularly Known as KCR, is a politician from Telangana State and President of Telangana Rashtra Samithi, KCR is the First Chief Minister of Telangana State.

K Chandrasekhar Rao was elected to the Telangana Assembly from Gajwel constituency. He also contested and won from the Medak Lok Sabha constituency in the 2014 elections. Chandrasekhar Rao is the President of the Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS). Chandrasekhar Rao earlier served as cabinet minister for Labour and Employment.

In the 2014 elections, KCR contested from Gajwel Assembly seat and Medak Parliamentary seat.

K Chandrashekar Rao Political Career

Stint in Telugu Desam Party: Chandrasekhar Rao first contested in the 1983 assembly elections which he has lost. He was first elected as Member of Legislative Assembly in 1985 from Telugu Desam Party.

He achieved continuous success since then, never losing any election. During his stint in the Telugu Desam Party, KCR was as an important member in the party and has also served as Deputy Speaker in the Andhra Pradesh assembly. However, he quit the party later due to difference with the TDP president N Chandrababu Naidu.

Formation of Telangana Rashtra Samithi: An active supporter of a separate statehood of Telangana, Chandrasekhar Rao has formed the Telangana Rashtra Samithi party for the cause of Telangana state.

KCR lays foundation for Rs.35,000 cr Palamuru lift irrigation project

Telangana state Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao laid the foundation stone for Palamuru Rangareddy Lift Irrigation Project, the first major irrigation project to be taken up after formation of Telangana State, here on 11th June 2015.

Palamuru Ranga Reddy Lift Irrigation Project will lift 90 TMC ft water from the foreshore of Srisailam Reservoir during flood days at the rate of 1.5 TMC ft everyday.

The project has been taken up with an estimated cost of Rs.35,250 crore and seeks to irrigate about 10 lakh acres in Mahabubnagar, Ranga Reddy and Nalgonda districts besides providing water for drinking and industrial needs in and around Hyderabad.

It is planned to lift 90 TMC ft water from the foreshore of Srisailam Reservoir during flood days at the rate of 1.5 TMC ft everyday.

Speaking after laying the foundation, the Chief Minister promised to create irrigation facility at least in Mahabubnagar District under the project in the next four years. He also appealed to the people, to be affected by the project, to cooperate with the Government for taking up the works at the earliest.

He assured the families to be displaced by the project of providing a job each along with the commencement of works. The Chief Minister stated that three thandas would be displaced with the Karivena reservoir and the Government would construct 2BHK houses for all those who get displaced at the relocated site.

`Telangana’s son is giving you the word to take care of you and even to show alternative farmland under the project elsewhere”, Mr Chandrasekhar Rao said.

Later, the Chief Minister undertook an aerial survey in a chopper brought there for the purpose.
