Telangana State Chief Minister K.Chandrashekar Rao inaugurated the first IT SEZ in Telangana state. This project is a part of larger IT/ITES SEZ promoted by Telangana State Industrial Infrastructure Corporation Ltd (TSIIC).
In the presence of IT Minister K Tarakarama Rao, Jerry Speyer – Chairman and Co-CEO and Senior officials of Tishman Speyer & ICICI Venture KCR inaugurated Phase 2.1 and launched Phase 2.2 of Wave Rock, its flagship property in India.
WaveRock Phase 2.1 developed with an investment of around Rs.200 crore will add about 7 lakh sq.ft of international standard IT work space for 7,000 IT professionals with 17 floors of office space and 4 floors of parking. Global companies like DuPont and Capgemini have taken up space in the complex.
