Telangana State Government to issue Health cards to journalists in the next 10 to 15 days. said Press Academy Chairman Allam Narayana on Thursday
Speaking to media persons at Secretariat Media Point here, Narayana said that Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao was aware of the problems being faced by journalist and was quite serious in resolving them.
He said after issuing the health cards, the government would take steps to allot land to the journalists across the State.
Narayana also made it clear that the State Government supports freedom of press and would never interfere in its functioning.
However, he also advised media to act responsibly and restrain from interfering in government’s works
