The Telangana State Public Service Commission will issue a notification to fill 650 vacancies for the 70 schools planned by Telangana Minorities Residential Educational Institutions Society across the State.
Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao recently signed on the file relating to the recruitment of staff for the schools. The State government has sanctioned 1,960 posts permanent posts and 280 posts of outsourced employees for the 150 residential schools coming up across the State.
The recruitment will be done in three phases.
Meanwhile, the TMREIS officials are busy identifying buildings in all the districts to run the schools for a period of one or two years.
“We have identified land in almost all the districts. Every school will be constructed at a cost of Rs. 20 crore and we plan to shift into the new buildings in the next academic year (2017-18),” TMREIS Secretary B. Shafiullah said. An enrolment and publicity campaign will be formally started soon .
