TSPSC to Fill 2,700 TS Genco, TS Transco AE Posts in November, Telangana State Public Service Commission will conduct a written test in November for recruiting 2,700 Assistant Engineers and Sub-Engineers in the four power utilities in the Telangana State.

The decision to conduct the written test was taken at a meeting between the TSPSC and power utilities officials held here on Thursday.
Chairman and Managing Director of TS Genco and TS Transco D. Prabhakar Rao stated that notifications inviting applications from the aspirants would be issued soon by Telangana State Power Generation Corporation (TS-Genco), Transmission Corporation of Telangana Ltd (TS-Transco), TS-Southern Power Distribution Company Ltd (TSSPDCL) and TS-Northern Power Distribution Company Ltd (TSNPDCL).

According to official sources, 988 Assistant Engineers’ posts and 92 Sub-Engineers’ posts are likely to be filled in TS-Genco, 224 AE and 174 Sub-Engineer posts in TS-Transco, 309 AE and 314 Sub-Engineer posts in TSSPDCL and 427 AE and 153 Sub-Engineer posts in TSNPDCL are likely to be filled through the recruitment process.
