TRS whip in Lok Sabha and Warangal MP Kadiyam Srihari said the IIM that would come up in Telangana would be in Warangal. The Centre has started to expand IIMs in the country in next few years, with all bigger states getting 1 IIm each.
So Centre has sanctioned one Indian Institute of Management (IIM) to Telangana and it will be located here in Warangal, the MP said.
The MP also disclosed other good news for the district. He said that the State government had decided to set up two new power projects of 660 MW each at Bhupalpalli and Genco in the next five years. He also said a branch of Hyderabad Public School (HPS) would come in Warangal and that the management of HPS has made a decision in this regard.
